He was prompt, efficient, and completed all work as agreed and per his estimates including the most recent job to upgrade their electrical panel.
Frank is the ultimate professional! I emailed him one evening about a problem with outdoor lighting. He responsed within an hour, and was at my house the following afternoon. The job was completed quickly and neatly with an explanation of the problem. The bill was fair. This is not our first experience with Frank. He installed and has serviced our Generac generator and has tackled other electrucal problems for us.

Frank was a true professional all the way through the job of installing my new Generac Home generator. He came to house to find out what I wanted and made many suggestions that turned out to be the way to go. He not only installed the generator but he poured a concrete pad for it to sit on, fixed the wiring in the breaker box, gave me a binder with all the paperwork including a 10 year warranty on the unit. He returned phone calls, emails and came to my house when he said he would and worked until he was done. Could no be happier, it was well worth the price.
